BENI – DOLPO TREK (26 DAYS)

Dolpo had remained a restricted zone for foreign trekkers until a few years back. With the decision of the Nepal government to open this area for trekking this once elusive area has become a hotspot for trekkers visiting Nepal. Dolpo has retained most of its traditions and cultures.he trek follows a route that goes past enchanting forests of pine, oak , rhododendron and juniper filled with wild flowers and animals that are listed as endangered. The mountain vistas on this trail are magnificent and breathtaking and the rivers and brooks so pristine and pure. We cross a high pass the Numala Pass at 5360 metres and visit the jewel of Dolpo , the Phoksundo Lake. This trek is strenuous but adventurous and rewarding because of the enchanting natural vistas and rich cultural experience that this trek offers. This trek makes up for an unforgettable experience.

 

Our trek step forward with Kathmandu to Pokhara by Bus/Flight,Pokhara is the one of most naturally beautiful city of Nepal the shadows of Fish tail mountains reflecting on the Phewa lake is awesome beauty of Pokhara,we take you Pokhara to beni by Jeep,after we trek you along the Tatopani(hot spring), Ratodunga(red stones)We cross the bridge of Myagdi Khola and climb up a rocky path dug into the cliff just over the river. The trail ascents and descends through village and forest. People of this area belong to Magar, Chhetri and few ethnic communities,Muna villege,then we pass through jaljala Jangla(3390 m) following Dorpatan our trek continue phagune pass,Pelma,Dhule,Syang Khola(4000 m),then Sahartara,name as Tijurong by jim Fisher,a unique language speking villege occupied with Magar communities,rest day take you hot spring(probably highest tepreture hot spring of Nepal),stepdown to Tarakot,lahini pibek cave, connect with Dho villege(one of the highest human settlement in the world and a place of cross boarder busines between Tibet and Nepal),passing through Numala base camp(5360 m0 and Bagala(5190 m) which are highest piont of whole trek,a pure,tidy,without living existace Phoksudo lake,decending via Chepka, Dunai,Juphal by flight Nepalgunj to Kathmandu.
