Rise early for a thrilling 30-minute helicopter ride from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860m), soaring over terraced hills and snow-capped peaks for bird’s-eye views of the Himalayas. After a brief orientation at Lukla’s airstrip, begin your trek along the Dudh Koshi River through pine and rhododendron forests.
